In this Korok guide, we'll list every Korok Seed location in the Eldin Sky and Surface regions in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Eldin region is located in northeastern Hyrule and is home to the Gorons and several notable destinations, including Goron City and Death Mountain.
Each region is accompanied by a map with a numbered list of each hidden Korok detailing the type of Korok puzzle you must complete to get the seed.

On Eldin Mountains, korok number 2, can be found one stone pillar further to the south.
I am sitting on 999 korok seeds. I have followed your guide twice. The korok seed at Gut Check Rock is also on your Deep Akkala map. Is this intentional or is it possible you're missing one?
I agree I am wondering about the seed in Gut Check Rock, is there really a second one or is it a typo?

@purplesteve6 Having the same issue. Did you ever find out where the missing Korok was?
Yes. I can't remember exactly where, but as I was going through the guide and comparing it to my map, I realized I was confusing a dragon tear for a korok seed. Check the vicinity of dragon tears and make sure you're not glossing over them.
Thanks! Figured it out. It is in Eldin in the Goronbi Lake. South of the Timawak Shrine there is a small structure (Bedrock Bistro) and the seed is on top of it.
