Hi, I'm ContraZombie4.
I have a TON of Virtual Console games on my Wii that I transfered to Wii U, But kept a copy of all my games on an SD card.
I realize now that I'd like to be able to play the games on my Wii, but only realized it wouldn't work AFTER the transfer.
Is there any way to access my Virtual Console games POST Wii U transfer? I would be much obliged.

You moved the licenses required to play the games from your Wii to your Wii U. If you want to play the games, play them on your Wii U. If you want to play them on your Wii, you'll have to buy them again.

Formally called brewsky before becoming the lovable, adorable Yoshi.

Is there any sort of work around? Maybe homebrew?

Homebrew is hacking and we don't talk about that here. You moved them to your Wii U and that's where they'll stay. The only way to have them back on your Wii is to rebuy them

Do you like videogames? If so, you must know

Actually I think we can talk about hacking old consoles

Well, either way. Homebrew or not. I couldn't do it. To much risk for the actual console.

wise decision. Don't do it unless you want to truly screw yourself. Just enjoy them on your Wii U in Wii mode. I play paper mario via Wii Mode and i don't have issues.

Nah, it's not risky at all.
