So i've had No More Heroes 2 for quite a while now, and i've kept putting it on the back burner. I've beaten the original and it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. Must of been the repetitive Jobs, Stale Level design and awful Hub World. The combat/controls, stylish presentation, Boss battles and the story were the main attraction. In NMH2, The 8-bit Jobs and No Hub World in NMH2 should be a nice improvement. Yet it seems like NMH2 has been getting mixed reactions, some even saying that it feels kind of souless compared to the original.

It has less memorable boss characters. Probably.

And....that's it. There is literally nothing else.

I actually really liked some of the bosses in NMH2. In fact, my favourite boss in the series is from that game, Margaret Moonlight. Some of my other favourites from that game are Alice Twilight, Mimmy, Cloe Walsh, Charlie McDonald and Skelter helter. I agree with KKslider, the sequel is defnitely better than the first game but the first NMH is still an excellent game. I can see where Gamesake is coming from about K-entertainment. I preferred doing missions from there to the side jobs but other improvements like the removal of the overworld make up for the lack of K-entertainment.

Buy a DDR game. Or do some actual dancing.

Seriously though, Just Dance is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to music games, pick virtually any other title and it's bound to be better, even games like Band Hero are better.

Well I've had a go on one of the Just Dance games, and it was actually quite a lot of fun.

I'd go with Wii Party. There's only one traditional board, but then a bunch of other modes including a map which could basically function as a second board and several game show like boards, and the mini-games are better IMO. There's a lot more variety for multiplayer options. And it's significantly cheaper at this point.

Disney Guilty Party is the best party game on the Wii, by far.

If you're interested in party games you should really look it up.

Played No More Heroes 2 for a couple of hours and i just couldn't bother with it anymore. The only real thing for me that's interesting is Travis, the zany bosses and where the story goes otherwise i'm just not having fun with this one at all. This was the exact same case with the original, yet NM2 seems to improve with the charming 8-bit jobs and by ditching that nasty Hub world. The gameplay stil feels like a tedious chore, hacking enemies apart in uninteresting bland stages hoping that the Boss is just around the corner, because that's always sort of been the main highlite in terms of actually having a bit of fun.The graphics are pretty lack luster as well....The 'main' character models look great during the cutscenes, but random people in the background tend to look terrible from an animation perspective and just how they look in general. There's frame rate dipping, the works...The quality is all over the place, which was the same case with the first.

What I'm going to do? Watch all of the cut scenes from beginning to end on YouTube, while Master Splinter Cooks me up a Marshmallow Anchovi Pizza.. :p

On Wednesday I went for GameStop's Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale and picked up Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, and Wii Music. Zack and Wiki was scratched beyond playability, so I'll be at GameStop later today switching it out for a another copy. Wii Music, did not grab my attention, so if I'm allowed, I'll be switching it out for another game as well. Any similarly-priced recommendations (for Wii, 3DS, or DS)?

Well i've been playing the Wii version of Donkey Kong Jungle Beat and it far exceeded any expectations. Building up insane banana combos and pounding bosses with DK's fists is so satisfying. This is really the only game (save Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games) that my arms have actually gotten tired though. That and the sound through the remote is really loud but those minor things hardly detract from the fun.

@CapnPancakez Thanks, but I already have the GameCube version (it's even more tiring). I went to GameStop yesterday and just swapped out the bad copy of Zack and Wiki. ;)

Yikes, what's the deal with Rayman Origins on the wii? The graphics look very compressed and fuzzy...I was expecting it to look clear and crisp like how most wii games look in 4:3/FullScreen via component cables in 480p. But aside from the 480p & visual downgrade in comparison to the 1080p ps3 version, there seems to be some wierd compression/fuzzyness going on....I guess that's expected, considering the game was originally designed on the PS3/360. Still, it's not a pretty sight to look at... I'm finding it hard to get into actually. It PLAYS great and using the Wii remote side ways 'NES syle' beats the utter crap out of using the dual shock controller. But the quality of this version visually is very dissapointing....I've never played a wii game with quality this bad. It's like I'm playing a wii game through an NES RF adapter. :o What happened Ubi?

For Wii standards the graphics in Rayman Origins were rather excellent.
It looked and played as if it was made for Wii, it seemed extremely polished and optimized. (Comes from someone with plenty of Wii games to compare).
Of course in HD it would have looked even sharper, but other than that I see nothing to complain about.

Multiplayer party action game collection like crash bash, but for Wii. recommend me some!
Also, I looked up Wariowares. Not sure if thats a Wii game or Wii U game, but I hate games that only last a few seconds.

I already have Mario Party and Wii Sports, but neither of those satisfy the Action Multiplayer Mini Game genre. To give you a small taste of what Crash Bash was like to help you understand what kind of games I am looking for

So I've been playing Rayman Origins on the Wii as of late, probably plunked in about 2 hours and I'm now currently in the 2nd World. Like most people and reviews have been saying, this is the most gorgeous 2D Platformer ever created, or one of....At least on the PS3 which supports 1080p, HDMI and true widescreen plus enhanced visuals. The environments with the variety in layers put the New Super Mario bros series to complete shame. Ubisoft truly out did themselves....BUT when it all comes down to it visual eye candy aside...i'm not having too much fun with it. Either way, I'm still going to finish it and I'm sure it gets a lot more challenging and interesting the further you progress like every other game on the face of planet funktron'. :p
