Topic: Replacement for Nintendo Wii step exercise

I use a Wii stepping board for regular aerobic exercise. This is for medical reason.The step/balance board feet are now cracked and I cannot get replacements, or I haven't found any. I don't like exercise but with this disc I can watch TV while exercising my steps and the machine tracks my efforts. I cannot find whether this facility has moved over to switch. I do not want the whole gaming experience offered by With, just this specific exercise routine. I would be very grateful to hear from anyone who can help me.

@Reluctant_exerciser2 Millions and millions of those balance boards were sold. You should be able to find plenty of them in good working order from various sources of second-hand goods.

You can try eBay, Facebook marketplace, local classified ads, charity shops, gumtree etc etc.

Switch does not work with the balance board or the Wii Fit software.

There are other exercise based options on Switch though. The most popular one being Ring Fit Adventure. Not sure if it has a step counter function anywhere, but it does track how far you move (virtually - i.e. when jogging on the spot in your own home, probably still walks if just stepping on the spot) estimates calories etc.

I saw the Ring Fit Adventure but you need the Nintendo Switch to run it. The £9.99 plus postage I paid on ebay is a lot cheaper!
