Multi-colored rainbow pikmin that are randomly rendered to alternate into one of the other pikmin.

Clear Pikmin. So you can see their little Pikmin hearts beating. Oh and black Pikmin.

I like the Pink Pikmin idea. The clear Pikmin could have a stealth move that makes them go invisible for a short period of time.

Here's a manly response. Mechanical Pikmin. Olimar makes a friend who makes Pikmin for a price or trade of parts.
Like perhaps Iron pikmin, then later can be upgraded to steel, then silver, and gold pikmin could be unlocked once the game is completed.
And also maybe Mineral Pikmin like Sand Pikmin, Quartz Pikmin, Emerald Pikmin, Diamond Pikmin, etc.
