It's hard, it's frustrating, we know it all. However it's one of the last Pieces of Heart I have yet to get, it's been quite a while since I played the game, and I cannot remember if I got the Piece of Heart or not. I've not been able to get a perfect score, but I managed to get an ''average'' a few times now. I've looked up videos and people received a Piece of Heart with an average score (indicating a perfect score isn't necessary?). Does anyone know how they rate your performance in this mini game? Is there perhaps a difference between ''bad-average'' and ''good-average'', and I've just been getting the ''bad-average'' all the time?
I recall you don't have to get a good score. My hazy memory of my own attempt was that someone said something to the effect of "that wasn't so great but here's your heart piece anyway". I had a hard time with this game until I went to Youtube and understood the movement expected.
I've seen that on YouTube as well, and I got the exact same text, but I didn't get a Piece of Heart. I guess I'll check all the locations of the other Heart Pieces first, in case I missed one and I already got the this particular Piece of Heart. Although I'm pretty sure I'm not missing any other Heart Piece. Thanks anyway.
