Topic: Wii U Transferred Games Problem

So I had this problem since I bought my Wii U on Christmas, but I haven't decided to ask for help until now.
So basically, the problem is on Wiiware games- when I transferred, I had some games transfer directly to the console, and some transfer on the SD card.
The games that are on the console work fine- Majora's Mask, for example. However, any games on the SD card can not be launched, with a short message. I also can't transfer the games from the SD card to the console.
Any help?

They're Wiiware games. Can I redownload them or is that not available? I've never checked.
