Topic: Wii Fit U meter

Only threads I saw on this were two years old.

1. Is anyone's dead? I just found mine after it being lost and it's dead. Can I replace the battery? Is there any instructions?

2. I got Wii Fit U for free when I bought the meter. On my menu it says it's the free version. Can I delete it and re-download it in order to make it show as the regular version?

@blaisedinsd No idea about your second question, but it won't harm to try redownloading it.

As for your first question, yes, the batteries are replaceable and it's very straightforward. I don't have mine with me to refer to right now but I think you just need to use a coin to pop the back off. You can either use 1x the thicker battery or 2 x the thinner battery.

Thanks, I was able to change out my battery. Needed a screwdriver and CR2032 .Seems I have misplaced the meter again though...doh!

In my first question the answer is no. I deleted it and it only lets me redownload the trial version (which I is full game unlocked due to the meter promotion)
