PDP are making a classic controller that is in the shape of a gamecube controller that also has a gamecube button layout but has Classic controller sticks rather than the original gamecube sticks.Hori's version is a near replica and has a few more buttons and has actual gamecube sticks. They both plug into a Wiimote.

Hori products are usually superior to PDP, but why not just get an official one?

I will be getting the bundle with the official controller and adapter.I knew someone would ask why not get a official controller cause obviously they may be better but there's always a first for a third Party company to make a better controller more suited for a particular game.I want to use a gamecube style controller for my other Games on my Wii and Wii U.

Yeah, after looking into it, I'm actually considering picking up the Hori controller myself, even though I have the official + adapter on pre-order as well. It's basically a $25 Classic Controller Pro with the shape and weight of a Gamecube controller. I can dig it.
