Topic: Is there any way I can change my DOB on my Wii U

When Miiverse on 3DS launched I let my older brother set up my NNID. He said I was born in 2002 instead of 2000. I discovered this after he had saved it and it didn't seem to affect anything so I didn't think it was a big deal... until I got a Wii U. I discovered that I couldn't register friends on Miiverse, and I was a little upset, but I let it go. Then, I found out I couldn't play online on Need For Speed: Most Wanted U. Now I'm really upset and I want to know if there's anyway I can fix this instead of waiting almost a year.

The only way to change it is to contact Nintendo directly, and even that is not guaranteed.

Why was it wrong in the first place? Don't you need to pay $0.50 to register someone under 13?

I didn't know that. I guess my brother just thought that it was normal and used his credit card!

He registered my account on my 3DS! He has his own that he wouldn't have to use a credit card for because he's 19.

What I mean is, and please don't take offense, is that your brother put in the wrong date on purpose just to irk you.
