Topic: Should Nintendo allow you to delete your Daily Log data?

I originally created a post asking whether or not Daily Log entries could be deleted on the Wii U like they can on the 3DS. However it appears that the only alternative is to delete everything and create a new profile.

Why has Nintendo restricted this functionality? Could we expect it in a future update? What is your opinion in regards to this "feature"?

No, this way mommy can check what has Timothy been playing.

Everyone else who is not mommy will probably never even bother checking it or care too much about it (since it's far less useful than the 3DS's), so I don't think it's a real issue.

As long as the access to it depends on which user you're using i'm fine.
Parents should always be able to see how long and what their kids are doing on the console .
And at least in theory every other user should be able to prevent others from seeing what they're doing.

Thought never even crossed my mind, but now that I'm aware of it...

Nah, still a non-issue.

So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.

Unless your underage and are playing M rated games without your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) knowledge, then it doesn't matter.

Perhaps just a bit! My date was set incorrectly (a year in advance) and after fixing it my daily log became a bit skewed. I still think it's a nice feature though. However, I'm surprised the Wii U doesn't set the system date using the Internet.
