Don't delete your account EVER. Even if this were Xbox or PS, it would be gone, too. Why did you even delete it anyway?

It was an accident. but if the mii is not perma deleted would he not show in the miivers? with the old post or Can't make an online profile.with the same name?

No one knows. No one ever deletes their account, then tries to get it back much less... You're gonna have to call Nintendo. They might be able to help you get your account back, as long as you tell them that it was a legitimate accident. You will have the name you had before the delete, but you can't make another profile under the same name, because it already counts as a taken name.

Oh yeah, its deleted. I don't know how you can accidentally delete an account, but you've somehow managed to do so. Once its deleted its gone... forever. We can't help you, Nintendo can't help you, you just have to accept it.
