Was released today in America. Who has this or will be getting this?

I have it but since I never owned it originally, I don't feel much nostalgia towards it. I still feel like Mega Man X is a more fun game to play (probably since I know all the secrets and what order to take the stages in - I don't with Mega Man X2).

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

I'm not getting **** until Wario Land comes out.

I am not getting it. I bought the cartridge from my Goodwill a few months ago for 3 bucks I think it was. I was tired of waiting for it to be released on the VC and at that price I would have been a fool not to get it. Overall its an ok game to me but I have always liked the original MM series over the X series.

It's a good game, definitely. It just pales in comparison to Megaman X. But that's understandable, since Megaman X is easily one of the best games ever. The music definitely isn't as good as X. Either way it's still more fun from the X series and that's swell.

Crystal Snail has great music.

Wii VC games have nothing to do with 3DS releases.

Probably not. Got Rockman X2 and Rockman X3 carts (because they're a little and a lot cheaper than the MM versions) as well as the X Collection.

Well, at least the Boss selection seems more colorful, daring and interesting. Wire Sponge says it all.
I've been listening to some of the music as well, and i think it's safe to say that it doesn't quite hold the Cut man-candle to the original X.

Don't you have a Bird Gate to be guarding?

Well hop to it Dino Tranny hehe.
Awesomeness aside, i think i'll get MMX2 after i download Strider, then Metal Slug 3. I wonder how long it will take for Capcom to release X3. Most people say X3 is the worst of the 3 and is plagued with kitchen sink-stage design. I think it's safe to say that the X series degrades with every sequal. X5 and X6 were terrible...And I'll never play those 3D PS2 sequals X8 and X9...Just aint my Wave thang if you know what i mean.

I actually am looking forward to the X3 VC release since the Mega Man X Collection has the PS1 version and not the SNES one. I thought it was a pretty good game, and the end boss was one of the hardest bosses I've ever played in all my years of gaming.

MMZero 1's final boss battle as far as difficulty goes eclipsed anything in the Classic franchise(Then again, i hear Dr.Wily was a near impossible pain in the mega tooshie in MM7) that's for sure. Have you played any of the Zero titles?

X9 hasn't been made... yet. I think you meant X7 and X8.
Unless you want to count the RPG, Command Mission.

My bad, ya i ment X7 and X8. They've been known to be the worst in the X series, with X7 taking the Cut man- crown. Plus they look pretty unappealing with those ugly 3D graphics and icky in-game animations. I'm only going to bother with X1-X3, none of this playstation shinanigans.

How does X8 look bad? The graphics are way better than X7. X7 was garbage. X8 is a huge improvement though. It's still 2D X goodness just with, at the time, up to date graphics. There are some bad parts of the game sure, but over all it's good. I'd say you should give it a chance. At least check out the music. It really rocks!
