That's right, the people over at ZeldaRET reached 100% yesterday the 11th of December.
ZeldaRet are the people behind the Ocarina of Time decompilation project.
They have many other decompilation projects worth keeping an eye out for.
With Majora's Mask currently sitting around 92%.
No this does not mean that you can play the Minish Cap on your smart fridge (Not yet anyway).
The Decompilation project only aims to convert the rom (machine code) back to readable code that can be compiled into an exact copy of the original rom.
That being said, with the code readable it's very likely that someone will start porting the game over to other devices.
They seem to be decompiling BoTW too (https://github.com/zeldaret/botw).
Even though it's legal, and a far from completion (16% done in 3 years), i wonder if they are flying too close to the sun
