What's order I need to play all of fire emblem including Japanese ones. I have played and beaten awakening only.

I wouldn't say there's much of an order you should go by. Generally, since you've beaten Awakening, I'd play The Sacred Stones, Shadow Dragon, Fire Emblem (GBA), Path of Radiance, and then Radiant Dawn. I haven't played the Japanese ones.

Here are a few places that I can be found!

Don't play Shadow Dragon. Just don't. Imagine if you took all the little things that made the game great, and just had the gameplay. And some of the worst combat animations I have seen. Avoid at all costs.

They're not all in the same setting, and there's a few remakes in the main series.

  • The two DS games, Shadow Dragon and the Japan-only New Mystery of the Emblem, are set on the same continent as Awakening and precede its plot by 1000 years. The games are Fire Emblem 11 and 12 and are remakes of Fire Emblem 1 and 3. This setting is called Archanea, later renamed Ylisse for Awakening.
  • Fire Emblem Gaiden (Fire Emblem 2) is Japan-only and a side-story to the Archanea setting, taking place on a continent called Valentia, later renamed Valm for Awakening.
  • The Gamecube and Wii games, Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, are directly related and feature Ike from Smash Bros as the lead. They are separate from any other games in the series. These are Fire Emblem 9 and 10. This setting is called Tellius.
  • There's three GBA games with two settings, Fire Emblem 6, 7, and 8. The first two, Binding Blade (Japan only) and Blazing Sword are both set on the same continent one generation apart. This setting is called Elibe.
  • The third, Sacred Stones, is set on a different continent and so far the only game in the series set there. This is Magvel.
  • Fire Emblem 4 and 5 are for Super Famicon and Called Genealogy of the Holy War and Tracia 776, respectively. The second serves as a side-story to the first, and both are set on a continent called Jugdral.

So recap:

Fire Emblem 1, 2, 3, 11, 12, 13 -> Archanea/Ylisse and Valentia/Valm continent. 11 and 12 are remakes of 1 and 3, so the play order would be 11, 2, 12, 13 (Shadow Dragon, Gaiden, New Mystery of the Emblem, Awakening)..
Fire Emblem 4 and 5 -> Jugdral continent. Play order is 4, 5 (Genealogy of the Holy War, Thracia 776).
Fire Emblem 6 and 7 -> Elibe continent. Play order is 6, 7 (Binding Blade, Blazing Sword), though 7 is actually a prequel to 6.
Fire Emblem 8 -> Magvel continent. Only in its setting so far.
Fire Emblem 9 and 10 -> Tellius continent. Play order is 9, 10 (Path of Radiance, Radiant Dawn)

So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.

I would suggest Fire Emblem for the GBA, it's one of the best in the series. Path of Radiance is another great one along with it's sequel Radiant Dawn. As for Japanese FE's I suggest Fire Emblem Genealogy of the Holy War and Fire Emblem the Binding Blade which has Roy. As for Shadow Dragon I found it to be a solid game, sure it's pretty basic but you have to remember that it's a remake of the original Fire Emblem.
