Topic: 480p VC downloads?

I was playing Majoras Mask for N64, when I decided to compare the cart version to the GCN Collector's Edition version. I noticed that the GCN version looks alot better than the cart version, even when my N64 is hooked up to an older tv where the graphics are "at home". If you download the VC versions of games, are they updated to 480p like the Collector's Edition?

Probably, maybe it works with the Wii AV cable lead?

On a PAL TV (along with the 50Hz conversion), it also says the quality is set to 576i.
