I've been trying to breed 4IVs porygon in def, sp.atk, sp.def, and speed for three hours. I only got 3 IVs porygon in def, sp.def, and speed with modest nature. Should I just go with this 3IVs?

@ dallas_howell If they are able to do that for you it was originally my Froakie that I distributed, so I'll let you know that it has three max IV's in HP, Special Attack, and Speed.
