Topic: Unable to access parental controls and don't have any way of contacting customer support.

Hey guys,

I'm having trouble remembering my parental control pin. When I select forgot pin it tells me to contact Nintendo who are not open weekends. Is there another way around this? I cant even restore to factory as it asks for the pin also. kinda screwed....

do you have a number or and online contact because the only support numbers I got were Monday to Friday, which I thought was crazy? I'm in Australia if that makes any difference.

If you ask your mother nicely, maybe she'll give you the pin, or at least loosen up the restriction a bit.

Yeah cause sneaking behind your mother's back and contacting Nintendo to remove the parent control password will really make her trust you more.
