Topic: Removal of parental controls

My son started playing minecraft dungeons yesterday on his switch lite, after a while of playing he linked his profile to his dad's Nintendo account so parental Controls could be set. His brothers switch is also linked to this nintendo account for parental control. When either boy changes profile name it changes on both profiles we are baffled by this... Can anyone help.

@Sharr Do they have two diffrent profiles or is it the same on just on another switch?

Hi snatcher they each have there own profile on the nintendo account. My husband removed the parental Controls from the switch lite. He went in again into his profile and changed name where the pencil is it changes the name on his profile but also his brothers.....

@Sharr I believe both kids consoles users profile are probably linked to the same nintendo account (on nintendo's webiste). Many online games allow only one online game save file per email. So, you probably want a family plan for Switch Online (allows up to 8 accounts). You'll need to create another nintendo account on nintendo's website using a different email address.
