@Krull I wouldn't have thought so. I guess that the account is directly linked to the game and so deleting the account would delete the game as well.
I seem to be the only one with ongoing problems so far - @rich10 had issues but they were resolved and until theyve actually contacted me with a resolution I'll reserve my judgment.
You're right though - their smash bros. price is very tempting.
My advice would be to pay with a credit card to ensure protection against fraud. I'm not ready to accuse them yet, but it's there as a last resort if I need it.

@Manitend if you're unable to use eshop then I would suggest you try this site we're talking about. Just Google the topic header and you'll find them easily enough.

@ryanx909 If you paid through paypal, put a request in with them to have the game refunded as they haven't provided you with it.

Did the same to me when I bought Odyssey. (Stupidly didn't notice the new account thing on the description.) Wouldn't reply to me no matter what, and the reply I did get was horrible.

Hey guys,
Thanks for the replies. I have just received a new account which has been linked and they have asked me to reply to them ASAP to let them know it's done so the game can be added. The said there was a problem with the first account but didn't specify what - I had access to it the entire time so it wasn't banned or anything.
As I said, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as, despite being slow, they seem to be trying to offer a resolution.
I'll wait and see if it arrives this time...

@RICH10 I bought a game from cjs cd keys in October and discovered the game (Captain Toad) wasn't working in December and I have had no luck in getting a refund. They emailed me to say they had contacted Nintendo who said the account was shared. Here is the gist of their email....

"Nintendo informed us that the account was shared and that is the reason that they banned it.
Please contact Nintendo support directly and they will be able to state the problem to you. If they tell you any different to what they told us then please let us know by sending us a screen shot of the conversation.
To speed response time for all of our customers, please only reply If your require further assistance. There Is no need for any reply if everything Is OK. "

I haven't shared the account so I assume that means Nintendo detected that the game account had been created by someone other than myself.
Is your game still working?
I notice the cjs website has almost no Switch games now.

No, my game stopped working altogether a few months back for the same reasons as you, and after a few emails to CJS CDKEYS support to try and resolve the account be banned issue, I just took the hit as a 'lesson learned' and will not be using any 3rd party site that don't explicitly state that they will provide a code for the unlock.
