Hi guys, I bought a lan adapter ugreen 3.0 10/100/1000 Mbps. I connected it to the Nintendo Switch, recognized it and the internet worked by cable. Unfortunatelyt he cable speed is slower than wireless. After several tests, I got 20 down 5 upwith wifi, against 10 down 5 up with cable (wired). Both with nat type B. I tested the ugreen lan adapter on my pc, and it got to 60 mb down and 6 mb up (my internet is 60/6) Any suggestions how to improve? I plugged the lan adapter into both the side and back ports (usb 3.0). Thanks!!

I have the same problem. Bought the UGreen USB 3 adapter due to being annoyed with random disconnects during Splatoon.
I have BT Infinity (speeds up to 76mb)... On my BT Smart Hub's 5Ghz band my Switch is getting 50-60 Mbps, but with the UGreen adapter (tried in all 3 USB ports on the dock) it maxes out at around 23 Mbps, and is sometimes as low as 9...
Can't figure out if it's BT's Smart Hub being not-so-smart, or if the adapter's faulty...
A quick search of Google seems to suggest others are having the same problem, but as far as I can see no solution has been reached. Even over USB 2 speeds should surely be much higher...

Guys, I'm not a tech guy. When I searched for a Switch LAN adapter, I went with a UGREEN Ethernet Adapter USB 2.0 to 10/100 Network RJ45 Lan Wired Adapter, which was advertised as being compatible for the Nintendo Switch. And it seems to be . . . but I could not tell you connection speeds of any of that. All I can say is that the internet connection is pretty solid (and ZERO in-match disconnects).
