I'm a happy user of the Switch since last Monday. I didn't encounter any problem with the system so far, except for a thing. While in portable mode, the Joy-Cons feel "loose", they are well connected to the system, until I hear the "click" noise, but the bottom part of both Joy-Cons move a bit up and down.
I've seen many videos about this issue, which isn't a big deal to me. However, what I've never seen in any video, and which is my case, is that whenever the Joy-Cons move slightly, it also makes a very irritating "cracking" sound.
It's pretty loud and happens every once in a while when I play on my Switch.
Would you give Nintendo a call for this? I'm not sure if it's worth it yet... And does anyone else have such a problem here?
Thanks for your help!
P.S. Sorry for any spelling/grammar errors, French is my first language.
