I have that first world problem of having too many games and need folders for them. Is there a service, app or website anybody is using that can stand in for this?
@Ironcore Nope. No folders, or folder-like options. Just that bare bones Switch UI. Yes, its disappointing.
The closest you can come to hiding select games is deleting them. And in your eshop account page, you can open the Redownload page to redownload them. I'm assuming you know the Switch keeps your game save files (unless you specifically take the extra step to delete the game's save file).

Sadly not, but one idea I've thought about doing is to use a spreadsheet to organise them... If I use Google Sheets I can view them on my phone.
No, they can't have an app without Nintendo's permission (and Nintendo would want to make one themselves) and I don't see what a website will do for you. If Nintendo doesn't want folders on their UI, you're SOL. Go complain to them on social media and see if they'll make one, but at this point in the Switch's lifespan, I doubt it's happening, we probably would've seen it by now.

AFAIK that's Nintendo's IP and not something another can touch or mess with. So until NIN makes a computer software to unload to there's nothing one can do. Or you can get a 1tb sd card to store more is what you can do as well.
