Topic: Aces Trial not working

We have a family subscription to online services and we just downloaded the Aces trial software and it’s saying this user cannot play this software. It tells us to buy it. Also doesn’t show software at discounted price to buy. Anyone else having issue?

Actually, looks like maybe we have to wait until 10am west coast time.
