Hey gang, I have bit of an issue. I'm UK based and have a UK account, I also have a US account which I use from time to time for cheaper games, I have BotW via my US account. Unfortunately my US account has been "suspended due to violation of the Nintendo account agreement". Is there anything I can do?

Sounds like you may have violated international trade laws, so probably nothing you can do.
So I spoke to Customer Service and the ban is because of a charge back that came from buying Pokemon Sword via G2A.com. In order to get unbanned I have to provide proof of purchase and proof of refund. So all in all, I don't recommend using G2A
Also worth mentioning for anyone who may be in a similar boat to me and by some miracle finds this thread through google, you can call American phone numbers through Gmail for free by looking for the option in the bottom left of the window below chat.

Yes, key resellers are always risky no matter how many people will insist they're legit and safe.
G2A is pretty notorious for selling keys acquired using stolen credit cards and such, so there's always a risk the codes could be flagged as having been obtained fraudulently and voided.
Unfortunately NIN account issue has nothing to do with NL since this is a Private matter that you need to takeup with NIN support issues. NL has no connections nor can remedy NIN accounts issues you need to file that with NIN.

Thanks for sharing info, @montgomary69 Usually nobody learns anything from threads created here about Ninendo supensions/bans. Usually posts say, "I've been suspended/banned, and I don't know why", and nothing is ever learned/shared. So, thanks!
If you see a digital key online for a really low price, it's too good to be true. If it's not sold from a well-known retailer then it was bought using a stolen credit card and sold online for cheap to turn into a profit. The buyer will be burned as soon as the credit card is charged back.
@k8sMum the post saying NL can't do anything about NIN bans? If that is the one then there's nothing NL can do since that is a NIN TOS that we all agreed to when we bought and subscribed to the NIN online access. NL can't mediate nor interfere with NIN bans.
