Hi, Living in the UK I've been greatly anticipating the 3D trailers the US had ages ago, however, the wait is over!
Nintendo has announced that on July 1 it will release free downloadable game trailers for upcoming 3DS titles, viewable in 3D on the 3DS handheld.
Released in two packages, each containing five trailers, the first batch available from July 1 from the eShop will feature Mario Kart, Resident Evil: Revelations, Star Fox 64 3D, Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. These clips will be removed from the store after July 20.
A second batch - release date to be announced - includes trailers for Animal Crossing, Kid Icarus: Uprising, Luigi's Mansion 2, Metal Gear Solid 3D Snake Eater and Paper Mario.
You'll need to have installed the 3DS system update to access and view the trailers. If you haven't done so already, simply start the "System Settings" from the Home Menu, select "Other Settings" and scroll the page right to select "System Update." Once updated enter the newly downloaded Nintendo eShop and download the free trailers.
UK only or total EU??? Haven't seen any news on the uk or german nintendosite... Like Xenoblade Cronicles comes with 3 computersigned posters UK gets wich mainland EU doesn't get with the special edition.
Hey we got a new 3d trailer of Pes, well no gameplay just comercial, but it is in 3D!!!
Source? Sorry, I just haven't seen this announcement anywhere yet. And honestly.. it's too late now. It would have been great to have these on the day of E3 itself, because right now I think I've seen all those trailers a few times already.
Oh well, it's good to know we can actually download them now.
