Topic: Can`t buy a game by any card

Hi there! I want to share my problem. Yesterday I bought Nintendo Switch and was happy because I was going to transfer The Withcer from another console and play during cold Sunday evening.
Could you imagine my disappointment when I couldn`t but the game. Two hours, 7 cards of me, my friends and my family. I have tried PayPal as well - nothing. I have checked the region, the balance and my bank told me the problem is not on their side.
I am close to send the device back and never buy Nintendo anymore.
The worst thing - I am still disappointed and sad...
Of course it`s impossible to get an answer from support. I dont know for how long I have to wait.

You can't transfer games bought from different Nintendo Account to another Nintendo Account. Only the same accounts can transfer and use the game bought on eShop. And since there is no information as to if this is different of same account will be harder for anyone to know what to say here. Also if both are the same Account on both console you can't play the same eShop game from the other account if both are in use. I think Nintendo can reply but not knowing what Region or Country your from will be harder for others to know here. What support did you contact? Card issue isn't a Nintendo but the Financial or Banks that block such payments. Nintendo has no control if those cards permit the purchase or not. That is up to the user to contact their Financial or Bank system to find out what is going on. What you need to do is look your online statement if they block it during the payment you will see it there - I've seen where they said they didn't do it but their "Fraud" department was the one that did it not the Bank part itself.
