Topic: Udraw problem

Hi, just purchased a new Udraw and before I return it I would like to ask about a problem with it.
Was working fine for the first hour and now all of a sudden the pen does not want to work anymore. Has anybody ever had this problem, is there a trick or something? or should I send it back.
Any help would be great, daughter is really sad
