Topic: "The Internet Browser cannot be used at this time"

I don't have internet at home. I connect to the internet with my 3DS at the library and a coffee shop located inside my local bookstore. All I have to do is go through the browser to accept the terms and conditions, and everything was fine and dandy... I could go to the eShop, watch stuff on Hulu and YouTube, play Smash online, etc... Now, ever since the latest update, whenever I access the Internet Browser to accept the terms and conditions...

"The Internet Browser cannot be used at this time. Please check your network environment or try again later."

So, what now? Am I just not going to be able to connect to the internet with my 3DS ever again, or what?

It must have to do with restrictions from their router. I don't think there's anything you can do. Maybe find a new hot spot for you to chill at. I'm sorry.

Except it doesn't. I've been able to connect just fine at both the library and the cafe for years just by agreeing to the terms of service through the browser. Ever since the update the other day, I've had this problem.

And I know it has something to do with the update because I'm not the only one having this problem.

I might as well provide an update.

I was successfully able to connect to the internet browser at a McDonald's Nintendo Zone. Ever since then, my 3DS's browser has been able to go to terms and condition pages (at least at the library) just fine, as if nothing ever happened. Not sure about the cafe yet, though.
