Topic: Switch pro controller not working with certain games

My Nintendo Switch pro controller is great and works with all my games except Mario + Rabbids and Sonic Mania. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing is working, please help. (Update: the pro controller only doesn't work undocked with these games. There is a temporary get around with Mario plus rabbids but it is doesn't work with sonic Mania)

Maybe if you could say, what you mean with "it doesn't work".
Pro controller works like normal in mario+rabbids.

@The1Mouseketeer I haven't had any issue using the Pro with M&R yet but I know Sonic Mania sometimes doesn't recognise the Pro when going from handheld to docked.You just need to go into the controller settings and push A on the Pro to make that the primary controller.

@Wichtel it doesn't recognize the pro controller while in the game when undocked. The only button that works is the home button on the pro controller when in those games.

@OorWullie I have found a tedious and temporary solution for the pro controller with Mario plus rabbids but with sonic Mania it still doesn't work. The only button on the controller that works when in the game is the home button. Also, this is only in undocked mode
