Topic: Pro controller triggers not working

As the title says my Zr button is registering as the A button and the ZL button is registering as the - button. At least that's what it shows when I do it on test input devices. As far as I know it hasnt been dropped or recieved any physical harm. What can I do to fix it? I've tried rebooting the console, disconnecting the controller and updating the controller.

Is that an official Nintendo Switch Pro Controller? I've never heard of anything like that happening. You might just have to send it in for repairs

I have had the exact same issue. Also having trouble with it charging and holding a charge. I probably have less than 10 hours using it in the 12-18 months that I have owned it.
