Okay so here is the problem I am having. Yesterday my Powersaves device worked perfectly for my Pokemon Y game. No issues whatsoever. Today when I plug the device in it starts up fine, but when I put the cartridge in, it starts loading and "Downloading Online Content" and just stays that way! If I take the game out of device, it still just shows the two tabs as loading and I have to restart the software. If I try and put a different game in, it does the same so I know it isn't a problem with my Pokemon game. Once again, the Powersaves and Codes tabs just load indefinitely, even after I remove the cartridge.
Here is what I've done with no fix as of yet:
Changed out USB cable
Changed USB Port
Uninstalled/Re-installed Powersaves Software
Cleaned Cartridges and inside of Powersaves device with dry/clean Q-tip
Changed Compatibility Options/Set Program to run as Admin
Reset my Internet Router
Restarted my PC
Cleaned PC of Viruses
Removed System Cache and Deleted/Rested Powersaves .XML File
Contacted Powersaves Support with no Answer
I am sure this isnt a problem with the device, because if I try and do anything without a cartridge in it works fine. Like changing settings ect.
Please if anyone has any other ideas on how to fix this let me know!
