Topic: nintendo.co.uk - Claim your stars

has anyone had any trouble claming stars, for their bought vc/ww games? i bought sonic & knuckles on 19/02 but whenever i try to claim those 50 star points i get a Waluigi error page. I tried writing to customer support, but i haven't gotten a reply yet.

Was wondering if anyone else has any problem?

no, whenever you buy a game for vc/ww if you go into your account, and under the tab games & systems you will see all of the games you have bought, under each game there is a button "Claim XXX stars for this download"

Never had this happen. I naturally use the local Dutch site but as far as I know that's just a translated version of the British site. Claiming stars works identical.

I've had that problem before ,I left it a couple of days then tried again and it worked ok.You might wanna try that.

i bought the game on 19/02 so its been a little over a week. but maybe they are just having some downtime.

Also could it have something to do i'm not in the UK? maybe they have changed something and blocked my ip or something?

That's interesting. I'm not in the UK as well. So maybe there's something in that. The problem only started for me recently as well.

i hope its not because i'm not in UK, last time i claimed was at the very end of december last year and i havent bought a vc game until 1 week ago. hopefully they will resolve it soon, i guess we'll just have to wait.
