Topic: Is this a genuine ds lite?

I am new to ds lite and have seen quite a few" "brand new" Super Mario M Red Nintendo DS Lite Ltd Editions for sale on ebay.

They are from China/Hong Kong sellers and are sold as new and boxed but the New Super Mario Bros game is not included.

I am tempted to buy one as they are quite cheap but not sure as they may be fake as the game is not included and they are from China/Hong Kong sellers .

Are they genuine and official Nintendo units?
