Topic: How to boot or restore bricked Nintendo DSi?

Is it possible to boot a bricked DSi via a(ny) flashcard? Is there any other way to restore it than a hardmod?

THIS is why you shouldn't steal from game companies because they eventually get you by means of their patches/updates.

The best way to restore user experience is to obtain a used DSi considering its average cost and replace/discard the bricked one.

Might want to contact Nintendo and set up a repair.

Nintendo will almost certainly refuse to repair any DSi or other console that's been modded.

If you've backed up your NAND, which is always a good idea when modding, you might be able to use unlaunch to restore the backup. No links, because that's against forum rules, but you should be able to find guides with a bit of searching.

If you've not backed up the NAND, you're into the realms of hard mods and I genuinely can't give you any pointers on that.
