Is anyone else having an issue with the Theme Shop not working after the new System Update?
I've tried turning the system off completely like the error message tells me to.
I've reset my Modem and router.
Still, it refuses to connect...

Um...I have a hot pink 3DS XL and the theme shop is working for me.

I live next door to the NL and PS member @ReanSchwarzer. :)

I checked all 3 of my 3DS's original, XL & New & I can access the theme shop fine on all but I am in Europe. Hopefully some other people from America can help you.
