Topic: Shovel Software Insurance Claim

So wth is this indie game? Doesn't seem like a game but more like a weird art piece? Only a few YT vids from what I saw. Can't get the game cuz it's only for PAL regions. I really love the incomplete hacked look to it. Very bizarre!
