I downloaded Phoenix Wright on my 2DS, then transfer it to my 3DS, but just copying the files to my 3DS SD card isn't working. Can anyone show me how to do it?

Why do people point to their wrists when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?

Games are locked to the system they are purchased on. You cannot simply move it from one system to another

In addition to what Unca_Lz said, it's not a good idea to modify the Nintendo directory in any way, that include merging.

You can go to the eshop and re-download all the previous games you have purchased. I did this yesterday. Just make sure your new 2ds/3ds has the same username account as the one you got the games with
