Topic: How do I connect with nintendo zone without going to a place thats nowhere near me

I tried doing this for hours yet somehow it works for everybody else but me

I have read countless posts know saying to do exactly this

Go to windows 7
run comand prompt as administrative privilages
type this
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=YourVirtualNetworkName key=YourNetworkPassword
set ssid to attwifi
and ive tried multiple times not putting anything the key because I was suggested to not have any security
and yet I still get the same issues

no matter what I do my acces gets internet but when i go to my 3ds turn on the internet im constantly being told by the thing you have a zone spot avaliable I run the application

I search for a nintendo zone I see the thing turn blue on the indicator no bars DESPITE THE FACT the damn computer is to the right of me
then the blue goes away

and it can not connect it give me error code 013-9202.

What am i doing wrong Im getting tried of this
ive also got my lan set to share it's internet with my virtual wifi mini port thing.

what im doing wrong that is preventing my ds from getting a internet connection even when i do a connection test in settings it wont work
