Hey guys, this past week I have decided to take my 3DS XL with me wherever I go. Ill even take it with me to work but I usually leave it in the car as I am afraid of leaving it in the office and for it to get stolen. I work at McDonald's and I have noticed I get alot more streetpasses there than anywhere else in town, it sucks living in a smaller town. Anyways, I read somewhere on the net (Not sure where) is that when someone is streepassing it only sends the data of the game that's in the slot to others. So if I have bravely default in does it just send the streepass info from it to others and not with my other games like animal crossing, etc... that aren't in the gameslot? Another question I had is, I was streetpassing at work the day before yesterday and I got two streetpasses, one of them by a person named "etna" for my bravely default. Well, it shows her in my game but when I go to my mii plaza she's not there as the only other notification I got that day was for a person named "kiki" that was at my gates. Why isn't "etna" in my mii plaza if I streetpassed her??

To answer your first question, it is your SD card providing Streetpass data. You can have up to 12 Streetpass running on your 3DS regardless which game you have in your slot.

To answer your last question, some people hate Mii Plaza so they disabled Mii Plaza, other rather have Streetpass for specific games, and its may be a same person with different names for each game.

Umm… Care to have some gravy?

Oh okay, so even if I don't have a game cartridge in I will still get streetpass data for my games from others who have streetpass activated on their games that correlate with mine? Dang, that must mean a lot of people that I streetpass don't have Bravely Default It seems to rely quite a bit on streetpass for some extra features.

Yes you are correct that you can get street pass even if you don't have a game cartridge in it. Probably depend on the area. Don't forget that the game just came out last week in North America. So give it some time and hope for the best.
