So I bought a Japanese 3ds and i wasn't sure if i would be able to do ds download play with another 3ds of another region for example North America.
Would it matter if the game wasn't available in North America? and if it did work would it been in Japnese or English?

Pretty sure that Japanese 3DS only works with Japanese 3DS stuff.

You... do know Japanese, right?
