Technically, odd/odd/odd/odd/odd/even and odd/even/even/odd/odd/odd is hp ice. Or.. 31/31/31/31/31/30 31/30/30/31/31/31 at the highest IVs possible. It doesn't have to be that low
So 4-5 is the highest for hidden ice?

5 is the highest IVs for hp ice. 31/31/31/31/31/30 <- that last number has to be even and all the others odd
Trick room/gyro baller sets should be 31/1/31/31/31/0
^ If special attacker the attack IV should be 1 to reduce foul play damage, if physical; 31.
I wanted it to be a SpA attacker yeah so all odd one even
You could also go 4 IV with 31/0/30/31/31/31 which would be more ideal to speed tie opposing serps and minimize foul play.
Make note that it really does depend which IVs are odd/even so in the 4 IV case.. attack and defense must be even. In the 5 IV case only speed much be even. Everything else has to be odd. This is just for HPice.
Small nitpick.. but why ice? Ice hits nothing that already doesn't stomache leaf storm, dragon pulse, or HP rock which offers wider coverage options along with the few ice hits (dragonite)

I mostly go against grass and dragon types so ice would be ideal for the team it's just a side team though tbh I just wanted a good battle ready serperior lol since its been my favorite starter

I love the Blissey Bases! I finally sat down to train my Skrelp, and I think it only took 7-8 battles to go from Level 1 to Level 100. Well, level 15 (I horde trained) to level 100.
Awesome. I know Level 100 isn't necessary for competitions, but I'm a little OCD and I won't use a Pokémon till its maxed out. If you're like me, give this a try.
Here are the QR codes for the Secret Meadow and Secret Shore that someone has take the time to pack full of Trainers with only Level 100 Blissey's with only the move Healing Wish. What does this do? Basically Blissey kills itself and you gets assloads of XP.
1) LEVEL RELEASE... each base has a level release. You MUST activate it or you will be facing Level 50 Blissey's (MUCH LESS XP)
2) O-POWER... XP Power makes this go MUCH faster. I use my kids DS and my copy of Pokémon Y to x3 XP Power myself.
3) Lucky Eggs... I farmed FOUR Lucky Eggs from Peliper (Rout 130) in about 20 minutes with Area Nav using... level 2 Scatterbug w/Compound Eyes (KO'ed) and a Frisker with Switcheroo (Noivern). Lucky Eggs make the Leveling Process go MUCH FASTER.
4) Bring a STRONG Physical attacker to finish off any Blissey's that fail to kill themselves. Healing Wish Fails if there is no other Blisseys on the bench. I use Chioce Band Terrakion (Rockslide + Close Combat) or Mega Diancie (Diamond Storm). Some trainers have Triple Battle sets and a multi-mon move is handy and speeds things up.

I personally will be using a magnezone with my serperior to handle steels.. so fire is something I won't be running. Which leaves rock for talonflame and zard or ground for heatran and other magnzones. I'm still depebating and which to run. Ice is just flat out not very useful at all.
During todays episode of Pokémon Get☆TV, the serial code for the Contrary Serperior was revealed. This serial code is a shared code which can be used by multiple people rather than the one-time use serial codes of other events. @jm29 That sounds feasible... I just tried again to trade the Snivy Egg between Thor and Kaito (Internet/Wifi) and it failed still.
I did succeed in trading Kaito's in-game Togepi Egg to Thor via Internet tho...
