I'm happy that the series is finally coming to a Nintendo console. I'd be even happier if SEGA would wake up and at least port the first 2 games to the Switch.
It will be awesome if all three Shenmue games are ported for Nintendo console. Who would have believed that this could ever happen? Shenmue 4 after that will be a dream.
Shenmue 3 is not a bad game at all. I would even say it is a great foundation for future games... Unfortunately, not all fans understood it at the time. Shenmue 3 deserves a second chance.
