I was also told we will recieve an email on how to re buy pit and captain falcon with another redeem code in 2-5 business days..i will not do this for a 3rd time for them to steal my hard earned money a 2nd time

@Zach777 i as well spent 60$ on these pre orders and was told there was no refund because there was no charge i was clearly charged the money as its gone from my account ..they took the money to hold it in reserve it was pending then boom no transaction or money on my bank account TRU IS loving US OVER
