This game was also released on PSN (PS4) standalone as part of the Arcade Archives releases - probably same as this? 7.99
So considering both that and the arcade classics thing, it's been out there plenty. I definitely don't blame anyone for not knowing about it, because it's probably better not to lol (the entire Castlevania collection vol 1 is often near the same price and a much better idea).
