I've always imagined a Zelda RPG but no Link involved. Instead the party is made up of other Zelda world cultures/races. Gorons, Zora, Kokiri Tribe, the Sheikah and I guess now Rito.
Maybe it's Zelda who's the main character and her and the band are on their way to rescue Link.
OH! OR THE TRI-FORCE OF POWER CORRUPTED HIM AND HE'S THE MAIN BAD GUY
@Slowdive I backed Mighty No. 9 and it broke my heart... But I also backed Hyper Light Drifter and just love that game so much. You win some you lose some.
@LavaTwilight Totally agree. I see a lot of people saying that "the culture is different" and I'm like.. that's not a good excuse? We have to stop excusing the way Americans do things because it is unarguably bad for the masses.
@Abes3 Ok doing a quick search, Nintendo has between 5 thousand to 6 thousand employees. Activision has 10,000 employees. That's only twice as big as Nintendo yet Kotick makes 10 times as much as Furukawa. Imagine how much of that 30 mil could go to employees if kotick would just take 3 mil. It doesn't matter about the size of the company.
Dream world - Pokemon basically plays like Smash. If any of you have seen the game Rivals of Aether, you know how cool a 16bit pokemon "fighting" game could be. I wouldn't need it to be as complicated or in depth as smash or street fighter but I think it's time that the Pokemon series grows up a bit to make it a bit more skill based, not just strategy based. Maybe that could be a spin off on its own, but I would want it to have RPG elements to it, leveing up and such.
Now I don't know much about the Pokemon games anymore but what if instead of adding a 5th move, we had the option to keep all of our moves, in general, but can swap them out during battle. Maybe it takes a turn to swap out one move or something.
@Bolt_Strike clearly we both just have different tastes and expectations from video games. I for one loved pocket card jockey. If you don't like these types of games, as you said, there's plenty out there that seem to do it bigger and "better".

I hope everyone knows that this is a 25 dollar game, not 60. So don't be so upset about the "smaller" scale.
I for one and really excited for this game.
