@Sharon778 The reason it's most likely not available for preorder in the USA is because the FCC still hasn't approved it yet. If you look at the bottom of the official web page for the game and watch, it says it can't be sold yet until the FCC approves it.
@TedThread I'm pretty sure it wasn't available for preorder in the US, because the website still says preorders aren't available yet, and I haven't gotten a notification from Best Buy that it was available for preorder. I signed up for notifications for it on Best Buy.
