I looked at videos with Mario Kart World, and all the tricks, short cuts, and grinds... Like, I don't care to race against people that are basically gonna speed run the race by playing the meta. I'd royally hate that. Plus it's on the Switch2, and I want to OWN my games, not rent them. So I'll buy a physical copy of Crossworlds to keep, if I'm gonna pick anything.
Digital Games don't last as long as physical copies. ALL of the DS and 3DS games are GONE... UNLESS you bought a physical copy. Physical copies can last many decades if taken care of properly. Digital games maybe last 10 years or less, depending on how the company feels.
I wish the Switch version was just a liiiiiiittle more optimized. It can still crash in a big game. Also, don't play on anything bigger than a Large Map, IMHO. Also, so make saves with spaces in the name... for serious. Frequently loads bugs and crashes, esp local multiplayer.
@Bluesaxo Yeah, it was the joke that the best game on the PS2 was The Matrix on DVD. Also, yeah, if you had 3 PS2s, Sony counts that as 3 sold, even though it's one person. Nintendo's numbers were more indicative of an actual player count.
Remember that a TON of PS2 systems kept failing, and things weren't really good until the 4th version of the system. There are MILLIONS of those systems that were REPLACEMENTS for failed PS2s. Also, Sony would always use the term "shipped" instead of "sold" (because of replacements). Not they they ever showed actual numbers. Microsoft did the same thing with the Xbox 360, and the massive amount of defective systems. Replacements artificially inflate what they claim as "sold".
If the Switch 2 isn't backwards compatible and/or doesn't carry over game purchases from the Nintendo eShop. My next console will be a Steam Deck. I'm not gonna mess with Nintendo again if they're gonna nickel and dime me for digital games each system.
This is actually good news for Nintendo because they announced they will be buying back stock with ¥100 Billion because of their huge amount of cash. If stocks fall, cheaper for them to buy back stock.... at a discount.

Re: Review: Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac (Switch 2) - Short, Sweet, Prettified, And Not For Everyone
I have this game for Gamecube. I kept it because you can unlock the old Pac-Man games including Ms. Pac-Man... but it's the hardest one to unlock.

Re: Nintendo Acknowledges Blue Switch Lite Colour Argument With Handy Comparison Video
@everynowandben exactly. When I first saw this, it was clearly Gamecube Indigo.
Or even GBA Indigo.
