NOTHING instead of innovation. They had an opportunity to make an actual pocket friendly portable console with the ability to dock with a tv. But instead they 'wowed' us with a wired lan port and a slightly bigger OLED screen. I am a 'got to have the latest tech' fiend and even I wont even consider upgrading. The original switch was never something I could ever carry outside my house, it being the heaviest and largest 'portable' console ever made. What use to I have for a bigger OLED screen with a device that is even heavier and larger than the 2015 device? The switch lite doesn't even work properly with one person using the console as a controller and another using a portable gamepad. Most games require two wireless gamepads and don't recognize the built in controller as a separate controller from a wireless one. Just try it and see. I cannot play street fighter with a friend while I'm out unless I carry TWO wireless controllers, I cannot use an 8bitdo zero two controller and the built in controller. I must have 2 8bitdo two controllers. Instead of adding meaningless tech, they should have made the switch more accessible to more people in more use cases. I'm sticking with my android phone with two controllers because its the only portable gaming solution there is since the psp go and gameboy micro.
