Re: Nintendo is Reportedly Taking 'Final Orders' on Wii U Consoles From Retailers

I do agree with a lot of the comments saying that Nintendo has not supported the Wii U enough this time but I think the real reason the Wii U has sold so few consoles is because of it's name. If you were to ask many Wii owners who are not so-called ' hardcore gamers' and they would probably tell you the Wii and Wii U are both the same console. The Wii U being a more expensive upgraded version. I think Nintendo should have given it a different name in order to differentiate between the two consoles.

Ah..the SNES. What fond memories. I remember me and my mates used to pull all nighters playing game after game of NBA Jam. Those were the days. We also had tournaments of Street Fighter 2 and endless balloon battles in Mario Kart. Super Bomberman was also a firm favourite with the multitap. The power level rocked. The Snes is probably the best console ever made!

Why is everyone complaining? Its free. Do Sony or Microsoft do anything similar? Sure its a pain waiting on cards coming into stock and being limited to just 2 a day but at the end of the day its something for nothing!

P.S. I think new stock of cards are available just after 09:00 a.m. G.M.T.

getCrunk............... If you are using the component cable you will get graphical glitches in a game which runs at 50HZ. Only games running at 60HZ are fully compatible with the Component cable. The only way around this is like you said to erase the save file or use the normal av cable supplied with the Wii. This means you can keep those save files intact. Hope this is of some help.
